Seller and products
These terms cover purchases on whiskcam.com from DEKIM. The product page gives the camera's essential characteristics and the accessories included. A microSD card is not included. Follow the instructions and supervise your pet; the camera does not replace a suitable breakaway collar.
Price and payment
The price and currency displayed at checkout apply to your order. DEKIM is under the French VAT exemption scheme described below. Any delivery charges and taxes collected at checkout are shown before payment. For international shipments, customs duties or import taxes not collected at checkout may be charged by the carrier or destination authorities. Please contact us before ordering if responsibility for these charges is unclear.
Placing an order
You can review and correct the products, quantities, contact details and delivery address before confirming payment in the secure Shopify checkout. Confirmation creates an obligation to pay. You receive an order confirmation by email. Price changes apply to future orders; they do not change an order already confirmed. If we cannot fulfill an order, we contact you and refund it.
Delivery
Available destinations and estimated delivery times are listed in the shipping policy. The delivery date or period communicated for your order applies. If no date is agreed, delivery is due within 30 days. If delivery is late, you can require delivery within a reasonable additional period and then cancel if it still does not occur; immediate cancellation is possible where the law allows it. A lawful cancellation for non-delivery is refunded within 14 days. The risk of loss passes when you, or the person you designate, physically receive the goods, except when you appoint a carrier not offered by us.
Returns and withdrawal
Our existing 30-day money-back guarantee runs from delivery, without requiring a reason. It supplements the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers. The return policy explains how to notify us, the model withdrawal form and refunds. These rights do not depend on the product being defective.
Statutory warranties
For new goods, French consumers have a two-year legal conformity warranty from delivery (Articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code). Repair or replacement must be free, within 30 days and without major inconvenience; a price reduction or refund is available in the cases prescribed by law. The hidden-defects warranty also applies (Civil Code Articles 1641 and 1648): a claim can be made within two years of discovering the defect. Our commercial guarantee does not replace these rights. Contact support@whiskcam.com; there is no seven-day limit for reporting a statutory warranty claim.
Applicable law and complaints
French law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. No clause limits the seller's liability for obligations that cannot legally be excluded. Contact support@whiskcam.com first to seek a solution. Consumer disputes remain subject to the courts competent under the applicable rules; these terms do not impose an exclusive court on consumers.
